In the installation of an access floor, there are certain criteria that should be followed. Any fault in installation may cause problem. Generally, an installation should follow the following steps.

Step 1.Measure the room and draw grids.
Check the room and get accurate sizes of the room.Figure out how many rows will be best.Decide which is the start point. Then draw lines with chalk on the base ground to form drawn grids.Sympolize where the perforated panels and outlet box should be install. Check If this installation plan is the best. Try to improve it if possible.

Step 2. Glue Pedestals and Bolt stringers
Glue pedestals according the drawn grids on the sub-ground.If stringer are applied, bolt stringers to the pedestals to form taised grids.

Step 3. Install panels
Lay panels from the start point one row after another.Pay special attention to perforated panels , outlet boxes.Corners and boundary need also special sized or trimmed panels.

Step 4. Floor Covering Arrangement
Clean panel surfaces.Sometimes was are needed to apply the coverings.Some users select anti-static carpets.
